Having been commissioned in various states as a Notary Public for over 12 years, my current commission is with the state of Florida. My expertise as a Certified Notary Signing Agent include home re-finances, structured settlements, loan modifications, and reverse mortgages, purchaser and seller packages. It has been my pleasure to work with a number of title companies, real estate professionals, banks/ lenders and legal firms. My goal for my clients is always to provide them with both professional and accurate service. I am a bonded CSA and NNA member with current E&O insurance and background check by NNA. Currently, I conduct all closings under COVID19 guidelines for the safety of both myself and my clients/customers. The client is notified of these procedures before I arrive and reminded of them just prior to my conducting the closing. My top priority is serving my clients with honesty, integrity and accuracy. Areas served are parts of Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties within the Florida panhandle. My availability is Monday through Saturday; however, special rates will apply after 7:00 p.m. and on Sundays and Holidays.
