With an oversight by licensed attorneys we will provide signing/notarization services for loans for purchases, reverse mortgage, HELOC, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, Health Care directives, Legal documents and more. We walk signers through the signing of their documents, notarize their signatures, take acknowledgements, prepare Jurats, administer oaths and affirmations, complete the notary certificates, abide by the state laws including verification of signers identity, etc. 

We are able to confidently oversee will and trust document signings, loan signings, notarize signatures, successfully complete all items in the package of documents, and understand how to protect signers’ privacy and security. In addition to receiving training for loan signings, we are trained to handle the signing process of wills and trusts and other estate planning documents. We mainly work with attorneys, estate planning advisors, lenders etc. and return the signed documents for further processing.  

Documents we notarize mostly include, but not limited to Estate Planning documents, wills and trusts, reverse mortgage, real estate documents, deeds, agreements and consents, powers of attorney, medical records, business documents, government document forms, affidavits, foreign adoptions etc.

We are also Certified Apostille Specialists trained in facilitating the obtaining of Apostille/Authentication/Legalization certificates for documents going overseas. Most documents for apostille requests consist of vital statistics docs such as birth/death certificates, marriage/divorce certificates, and civil docs such as power of attorney, school/college diplomas, corporate documents, commercial documents, wills, trusts and other personal documents going to be submitted overseas.
